What this policy covers

This policy covers ncwdistributorsinc.com only. It is the corporate website of NCW Distributors Inc. (“NCW”, “we”, “us”). No products are sold and no payments are taken on this domain.

Our operating properties — the storefronts and marketplace listings through which we sell — publish their own privacy notices at the point of sale, because the data they handle and the processors they use differ from this site. Where you bought something, that property's notice governs the information you gave it.

Information we collect on this site

This site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Two categories of information reach us anyway:

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records the standard technical details of each request — IP address, timestamp, page requested, referring page, browser and device user agent — to serve the site, protect it from abuse, and diagnose faults. These logs are retained by the provider on its own short rolling schedule and are not used to identify individual visitors.
• Email and telephone correspondence. If you write or call us, we keep your message, your contact details, and our reply for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

How we use it

Log data is used to operate and secure the site. Correspondence is used to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not use either for marketing, and we send no marketing email from this domain.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who need it to deliver this site or handle our correspondence — our hosting provider, our domain registrar and DNS provider, and our email provider — each acting on our instructions.
